What will the Videographer be wearing?

RMS have a smart dress code for all our videographers but please feel free
to let us know if you have any particular requirements ie. black tie.

What time will the videographer arrive on the day?

The videographer will plan to arrive at the venue 1 hour prior to the
marriage ceremony.

Are we expected to provide Food & Drink?

You will be expected to provide some food and drink if the videographer is
at the Wedding for more than 5 hours. Whether this consists of sandwiches or
the wedding meal is left to the bride and grooms discretion.

How soon after the Wedding will the video be ready?

Under normal circumstances your video will be ready within 4 weeks of your
wedding day. However at peak times this may increase to 6 weeks.

How long is the finished video?

All RMS productions are between 60 to 120 minutes although the majority of
edits are normally 90 minutes in length.

Do you allow customer input in regards to the editing?

Unfortunately we do not enter into creative discussion in regards to editing
as we have a house style and tend to be booked based on this.

How long will you keep the master tape?

The master tape is kept indefinately, this allows ordering of copies at any
time in the future.

How much is the booking fee and when is the balance due?

The booking fee is between £50 and £100 depending on the package booked, and
the balance is due on delivery of the finished edit.
